As many have heard in the news this past week of the terrible tragedy of the Mom and her two children in Boston Christmas Day, I want to reach out for prayers for their souls and the family they left behind. I knew the family a few years back and this is totally out of character and very hard to believe.
My friend who is still very close with Erin's Mom, Helen, is asking for prayers for Helen and Adam, the husband and Dad. She has not given me any details, but she has been in close contact with them and attended the wake. Her request is below.
"Can you make sure that Helen is on as many prayer lines you are connected to? Needless to say she is in great need. Also Erin's husband. His name is Adam. By the way, even though the news reported a domestic dispute, that is false information."
So, all who pray, during these days of the media not always telling us correct details, it is my thoughts not to have total judgement no matter how horrific this event was. I leave everything in God's hands and pray for mercy and not judgement. I have no idea of all this story entails. I am sure my friend will help me understand soon. But please ask all who pray to heal all who were involved, including first responders, those who read about and those who are desperate in their own lives.
