She hasn't given him a bath or changed his clothes this whole time. His privates are irritated from her lack of care. I've been allowed a few opportunities to watch him, so I have taken care of his needs. Please, Mary give her mothering skills. Impart a mothering instinct and child care knowledge to her. I'm beside myself with concern. I am so angry and there's not much I can do.
