Please pray for my youngest son to be able to deal with another bad development. He has made agreements with tax offices to pay back taxes on some foreclosed to houses so they would belong to him and he could repair some of these severely damaged properties that former owners and/or vandals basically destroyed and rent them as a source of income and to continue to pay the tax office agreements and retain ownership. Well, yesterday he went to collect the rent on one of the houses and the tenants who had been there three years had completely trashed the entire house with holes in the floors and walls, bathtub broken, broken faucets and fixtures, and water just running where it shouldn't be for who knows how long. My son pays the electric and the water as part of the rent he collected from these people. Everything will be in arrears and they didn't even pay the full amount of rent last month. He drove by to see about the rent and that's when he saw them removing the last of their belongings to leave and dumping mattresses and trash and all sorts of debris just out in the yard. He has four of these houses and that's how he is able to provide for his family and all four have not been paying what they are supposed to be. Please pray that the situation improves for him and he can get these issues resolved and possibly some decent tenants that will take care of things the way they should.
