Please pray for my 11 year old grandson to want to do more things and spend quality time with his Dad (my son.) My 35 year old son is literally crying right now because his son never wants to do anything together with him. My son is under tremendous stress and usually exhausted and in terrible pain from injuries. I'm sure he's not much fun to hang out with, but my grandson just wants to hide in his room all day and play video games. Please pray they can work this out so the love is felt going both ways. The 11 year old doesn't feel loved because the first thing out of his dad's mouth is about chores done etc. 11 year old would love to at least get a hello or hug first. My son's wife has a lot of issues. Her daughters are always doing bad things and running off without permission, leaving the 11 year old to babysit their shared 4 and 6 year old alone. Everyone is overwhelmed. My son and his son feel absolutely unloved by each other. Please help my grandson to have a desire to at least watch a movie or activity with his dad even when dad is feeling down. My grandson's mother spent years in prison because of drugs, leaving me and my son to raise him. Now, he'd rather spend time with his mom, maybe to makeup, because she's all sweet now to him giving no responsibility or reprimand.
