Please pray that we will be able to get some of our dogs rehomed by loving owners. In the past, a rescue operation named River Run Ranch helped us find AMAZING homes for about 10 pups. We took in our son's dog a few years ago when his house was being foreclosed. She wasn't spayed and became pregnant because a neighborhood dog got in our yard. One thing led to another until we had about 15 Chihuahua mixed dogs. River Run Ranch has some difficulty placing adult dogs in fosters and adopters, unlike puppies. We desperately need help. My husband is on hospice and I've become quite ill. Hopefully, Diane Lott, the lady who runs the most amazing rescue in the world, River Run Ranch and Rescue, will be able to find homes for some of these adult dogs. They're only a couple of years old, small, and sweet as can be. We just can't manage their care the way we could before. We need at least 6 to be adopted asap. All of the females are spayed and have their shots, etc. In our neighborhood, there is rampant animal abuse, people not giving their pets food, water or shelter here in the central Texas extreme heat. Negligent and downright ABUSIVE behavior toward all animals. It's sickening. Please pray for good homes to be found as soon as possible. The director of RIVER RUN RANCH can do it if anyone can and I might have a widow in our extended family who would be willing.
