Please pray for me to stay calm and patient without having constant panic and anxiety attacks multiple times a day. Please pray that I can overcome the challenges I will face today and they will be less extreme. That my husband's dementia, COPD, and CHF will be less troublesome. That the changes and home repairs my son is trying to complete for us will go well and not be upsetting and stressful. He opened up walls and there's 30° degree wind blowing through. We are elderly and he means well. We are very appreciative but sometimes he has trouble with follow through and finishing tasks. I'm autistic and 69 years old with SEVERE PTSD from all of the traumatic events that have occurred with our family in the last year. I have horrific pain in my ribs from a fall, damaged spine, and a knee injury on top of the mental issues. Please, Holy Mary, help me!
