Please pray for my husband, George. He was admitted to the hospital on January 6th for an extremely dangerous COPD exacerbation, nd is due to be discharged tomorrow. He needs to stay put and quit arguing with the nurses. They called me and told me he's been refusing to keep his oxygen cannula on, and has removed his IV several times since yesterday. He needs those IV meds and to continue with more of the intensive breathing treatments they've been trying to give him. The nurses told me that very time he takes off his oxygen tubing his blood oxygen falls drastically and dangerously low. He still needs another day of his IV antibiotics and steroids. The nurse said when his oxygen drops like that, he gets confused and insists that the doctor came in and told him to take it all off and go home which is completely untrue. Please pray that George will comply with their treatments, etc. so he can be actually well enough to come home TOMORROW. I have so much to deal with as it is with our son, John's health, and our other son, Matt, especially.
