Please pray for Matt. Yesterday his ex wife Marie had her baby with her new man. She didn't notify him she was going to the hospital because they aren't even together. So he's practically crying and is saying his son doesn't need him now because he claims 'Marie has been putting more and more distance between them'. Which is nuts because of course she would. He's taking this in a weird way and also coming down off drugs. His son needs him more than ever now!!! And now Matt is saying all the more reason for moving out of Texas. Please, St Joseph, and all the angels and saints help Matt understand why we try to advise and share our opinions. It's not like he's a typical person. He's 35 with an underdeveloped mind like a 10 year old. But in a man's body with a man's emotions. He doesn't understand that and is confused when any of us try to guide him into a rational course. He just got through saying "Well, now that the baby is here, my son doesn't need me, so I'm going to move somewhere where I can be happy and loved." Please pray he can have true friends, companionship, and maybe even love in his life. And help him be aware of how many of us are rooting for him. He just said he doesn't have any family! Every day we pray for him and do everything possible to help him and keep him stable and happy and away from drugs. I'm frustrated, angry, and sad all at once. Please remove the blinders where he can't see the LOVE! He always COMPARES everything to someone else's. In his mind, parents are all better than us, friends, brothers and sisters are all great in other families compared to how he perceives us. I understand he is hurt. He will probably only love one woman in life, who is Marie. It's the way he is, and is an honorable thing. He managed to maintain a friendship with her through all the trials and tribulations. He doesn't understand that sometimes when a person has a new partner, they are sometimes expected by that person to sever most ties with exes, except in the matter of the children shared. He said he wants the whole package or nothing. In other words, if he can't have the mother and child both as a family unit, he doesn't want his child either. That poor little boy has been through hell. Please pray for all of us. Holy Mother, please ask your son, our Lord Jesus to help my son understand and find happiness without danger to himself, or harm to his nine year old son's mind, emotions and heart. Matt moved away for a brief period several times and within days became lost, hallucinating with full paranoid schizophrenia. He needs us.
