Please pray for Matt and Matthew Jr. The little boy came for his weekend and Matt decided to drive him to get some snacks. He doesn't have a driver's license, the registration is expired and he's had multiple warnings. He was told if he gets pulled over one more time, he'll go to jail and the car will be towed. So he got pulled over, got it towed, but he wasn't taken to jail thankfully. A family friend pick him and his son up on the highway and brought them back. Now, there's a big new citation issued, and I just hope Matt doesn't view it as a reason to just leave his son behind fatherless because he thinks the city, or state are just out to cause him trouble. He gets in a mindset where he thinks he's being singled out, being persecuted and he has to leave the state. Please pray he can realize he's not being treated any differently than anyone else at all. That's just his unbalanced mind talking. It may be an ANSWERED PRAYER and BLESSING in disguise that he lost the car. He's not supposed to be driving anyway, and it's been a means to go where he shouldn't, and do things that are unhealthy and dangerous. I suspect he's had interaction with people very recently, who have been a source of substance abuse from his past. He'd been acting differently in an upsetting way. Please pray he doesn't just try to do anything drastic and try to move away to avoid consequences or escape what he sees as everyone and everything being against him. He's done it before. I feel upset that our little grandson had to be there while 4-5 police cars had them detained, and his dad was saying he was probably going to jail and telling him he was sorry, but he didn't know if the boy would be taken. They were upset when they got home because they tried to call me and my phone never rang! Never rang once.
