Please pray for everything that's bothering Sean. Kristal said he is acting like he's mad at her. Please pray for Shauna to get her insurance check and that a new contractor will be able to complete the cabinets and sink so she can get back to living in her home. Please pray that John's health and finances improve because he hasn't been able to pay bills. Please pray that Matt is going to do well and maybe get some kind of work. I can tell something is on his mind today more than usual. Please pray for little Matthew Jr. I knew he was struggling with something this weekend by the way he was talking and acting here. Please pray George will stop wandering in the yard all hours even when this weather has been over 105° every day for over a month. His heart is terribly bad and his lungs are too. He walks like a zombie looking for brains to eat. But it's CIGARETTES, and he goes out searching the ground for butts every hour or so, 24 hours a day, even at 3:00 am. He covers the same ground, over and over, and bothers to ask everyone he sees. Even digging around in their cars at all hours. He comes in absolutely drenched in sweat, panting. He has advanced COPD, severe aortic stenosis, and had treatment for lung cancer in May. He also eats all of the food in the house. No one else even gets to eat. 24 hours a day, he stares straight ahead, completely unaware of what he's doing. He walks in a daze to the refrigerator and drinks entire bottles of salad dressing, whole packages of lunch meat, and if I buy ice cream and serve my grandson the tinest cup before he goes home, George eats the entire gallon in the middle of the night. Says he 'doesn't know if he ate any' but he doesn't think so. There's literally nothing left for me or anyone else! He has gained 10 pounds in a week and his doctor is very concerned. He has recently become diabetic but if there's no sweets, he'll just start shoveling tablespoons of sugar from the canister into his mouth. I've asked him "Are you really just standing there eating sugar straight from the container?!" With the spoon in his hand, says 'I don't think so'.
