Please pray that our son, Matt takes the new developments with his ex, Marie. She is pregnant with the new boyfriend she's only had a few months. She just broke the news to the world on social media this morning. I'll n Matt's heart, it kind of seals the fate of them ever getting back together. That's still been the center of his life and hope. His will to live. That love has never wavered for him, since the beginning of their relationship ten years ago, now, and probably forever. She had severe fertility issues after an ectopic pregnancy before they met. She nearly died and had emergency surgery to remove the baby with the ovary and fallopian tube, after critical blood loss from rupturing. There was so much internal scarring she was told that any future pregnancy would be very unlikely to happen, and if she did it would probably end in miscarriage. Matt had a severe injury to his groin as a child falling from a tree, and our doctor said it most likely damaged one or both testicles and severed the vas deferens that would render him very unlikely to have children. But, then after much prayer and even giving up on parenthood, they conceived their son, Matthew Jr., a healthy beautiful baby boy. It was practically a miracle. He looks exactly like a perfect blend of them, and stamped with the beautiful love they had for each other. For her, the love didn't last and she separated from him, taking the child after just a few years. But, for Matt, that love never faded, it grew more and more with every year. He tried to win her back in every way possible. He never saw or dated another woman, so devoted to Marie and the hope it would work out. With Marie's new pregnancy, he must feel like their extremely strong bond, cemented by the birth of their 'miracle baby's, isn't that special. It shows in his face, that something has shifted in that hope now, and he is sad. Please pray that he is able to cope eventually with the strong feelings and memories that are surfacing now.
