Please pray for our daughter Shauna and our granddaughter Adrianna. Adrianna suffers from severe depression. She is only 13. She has been cutting herself off and on for nearly a year and today the school counselor called Shauna, because Adri did it again last night. Her doctor has tried several different antidepressants but she is still depressed. They say the 'cutting' is a way to have control of your pain, because it's self inflicted. Whereas, the extreme emotional pain from traumas and losses she's experienced is completely beyond her control. I guess people try to control what they can to deal with what they can't. Shauna is about to get home from work right now and have a talk. Adrianna doesn't know that the counselor told her mom. Please pray for them and ask our Holy Mother for help in this.
