Please help to pray Sherman for clarity of an open mind, able to understanding and ability to learn and able to absord all knowledge in learning, wisdom and knowledge for current job scope in ability to perform work well with progress as he has zero knowledge or experience. Pray that his superior as well as his mentor will be patience, kind, understanding and helpful towards him. Pray that he is able to have the patience and keenest to continue working with the firm and not to give up hope and be more perseverance to perform well and ability to absorb all learnings well.
