Dear Heavenly Father,
I am asking for continued prayers for my boyfriend John Kemp (fighting Stage 4 Stomach Cancer since beginning of the year- he lives in TX for work and I am in CA). I have not seen him yet, he asked me to wait to see him so I continue to respect his wishes and I am persistently praying and communicate with him daily even if he's not well enough to respond. About a month ago his Dr gave him news that the aggressive chemotherapies are not working and the cancer seems to be spreading. Since then he broke his foot and had an emergency procedure on that about 2 weeks ago. He told me a few weeks ago that the Dr will do a few procedures on his stomach and to remove the cancer where it has spread. So I don't make his anxiety worse I didn't ask too many questions all he told me his gall bladder would be removed. He told me today on my birthday that he will have one of the procedures done on his stomach tomorrow. Since I am still respecting his wishes to wait on seeing him I am sending this prayer request along with friends of mine. Father, please protect John as you did while they worked on his foot. Father, please provide guidance to his drs and medical staff that will perform his procedure tomorrow. Father, he is my best friend and the love of my life Im praying persistently and for a miracle. I would love more time with John, I feel with my health issues last few years to his work we haven't had the chance to have quality time with each other. Father, please place your healing hands on John and rid of every cancer cell in his body. Father, I'm afraid but I trust in you. I am doing my best to keep it light and positive with him. I message him daily regardless if not we'll enough to respond to me and I pray every day. Father, I surrender and know it's in your hands and love. Please forgive me for all my sins. I am down on my knees I am here to serve you. In Jesus name. Amen
