Please pray for my daughter’s and both of my granddaughter’s situation. My daughter had a very abrupt and scary breakup with her sort of fiancé, Travis Worley. She moved out after he relapsed into alcoholism and was intoxicated for 4 days straight. It was very upsetting for the girls, and their lives have been upended by quarantines and schools being closed on top of it. The eldest, Laura Jackson, had a boyfriend who suddenly had to move to Chicago, and as a teenager who’s already dealing with not being able to ask her teachers things plus her having to move and Covid-19 affecting several family members, knowing her mother will likely not survive if she gets it, because of health issues. Launa is considered ‘gifted’ educationally, but has bipolar disorder and major depression. Her sister, Adrianna has major depressive disorder and is developmentally delayed in some areas, but paints. She has no place at the moment to paint. She paints beautifull portraits, landscapes, animals and murals that reminds me of the Sistine Chapel. They are both gifted and challenged at the same time. Our daughter (their mother) discovered she was pregnant only days after moving out. It’s been a few weeks now and the girls know. Shauna has asked her daughters how they would feel if she and Travis reconciled. They had a lovely home and a happy life, but the stresses of the world as it is these days, caused him to relapse after a long stretch of sobriety. Please pray for this family and home situation and her pregnancy and his disease and my girl’s sanity and fortitude.
